Is there a charge or additional expense associated with collaborating with GHP Buys Houses?

This is how we differ from the traditional house-selling process: In the event that you decide to sell your house to our business, there are no other costs or expenses. If the deal is acceptable to you, we will purchase your home (including closing costs!). We are paid as we take care of any repairs that are required to the home and resell it for earnings (we are accepting a chance to see if we are able to market it for a gain when purchasing it straight from you). We take charge of your real estate, so you do not have to worry about it.
