Will you buy my house, or will you simply put it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?

We do not advertise homes and neither do brokers. We are experienced property buyers and will only buy properties that fit our requirements. After that, we might decide to maintain the house for renting or fix it up and transfer it to a different owner.
